They call me Eme (pronounced Ehm ee!) (W)holistic Lifestyle Consultant with a background in science. I am a yoga doer, mother, sister and friend. moulded by my various contrasting life experiences and a cross cultural somewhat bohemian upbringing. Experiences through life and travel have helped me form a view on life and living that incorporates elements of simplicity, authenticity, creativity and mostly natural goodness. This is a platform on which I share my experiences, crafts, information, creativity, things that inspire me and sometimes everyday general randomness.
